Deranged and gritty pop music from Denmark. With synths, guitar and effects-drenched, deep vocals, Girlseeker have in their own minimal way made their mark as a new exciting band from the Copenhagen punk underground. With a no-frills style, Girlseeker inhabits a sound space that is equal parts arrogant, arty post-punk and 80s-kitschy pop taste. Members also spends time in acts like Age Coin, Sexdrome and Lower. Vinyl-version of a tour cassette originally released in September 2011, now fully remastered by Peter Peter. 620 copies.

Trepaneringsritualen explores themes of religion, magick and the occult realms of consciousness, taking its musical cues from the CMI/Tesco school of ritual ambient & death industrial. Rhythmic and seething at times, and oozing forward with a creeping sense of desolation, Trepaneringsritualen conjures forth bleak but mesmerizing visions of the end-times.
Active since 2008, T × R × P have racked up a fair amount of cassette releases on renowned labels such as Hanson, Small Doses and Harsh Head Rituals, with 2012 seeing the first vinyl appearance in the form of »Deathward, To The Womb« 10" on RTB Records.

Two new Scandinavian acts. Händer Som Vårdar from Stockholm follows up the Bakåtböjning cassette released on Järtecknet in 2011 with a similar claustrophobic piece. With slowly moving loops and barely breathing electronics, Henrik Söderström here works with subtle nuances and shiftings. No obvious climax in sight and no easy ways out. Johan of Megan from Copenhagen had the audience's jaws dropped at the Posh Isolation showcase at Utmarken early 2011 with one of the best shows of the year. Chaotic electronics with intense vocal delivery. Constantly trembling on the edge, all over the place and with everything around falling apart. 33rpm. Mastered by Viktor Ottosson. Artwork by Dan Johansson. 166 copies.
